Placing an order
Please be aware that an order is only deemed to be accepted when you receive a written confirmation of our acceptance of your order, this can be by email or normal post. A binding contract will only exist at this stage. We reserve the right to make any all necessary checks to satisfy the authorised use of your credit/debit card. We cannot however accept liability for fraudulent use of credit/debit card. We reserve the right to refuse your order at any point and for any reason.
All purchases must be paid in full before delivery. VHSdirect will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods sold from its web site/ mail order until payment has been received and cleared in full. We accept the following payment types (this is not an exhaustive list) major credit or debit cards via our secure server and or via telephone/ mail/ fax, cheques are accepted but please allow 12 working days for clearance of personal cheques. I/We authorise you to make any enquiries you deem necessary in connection with this sale. This information will be used for fraud prevention or debt recovery.
All prices quoted are for new products (unless stated) and are priced in pounds sterling excluding vat at current rates. Price includes delivery to any mainland address. Please contact us for details for delivery to , Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Offshore Islands and Export and also for Saturday deliveries by special arrangement (extra charges may apply). An invoice giving a description of the goods purchased and the price paid including VAT will be supplied.
Delivery
Please note on your first order with VHS Direct we can only deliver to your billing address.
Your order will be processed as soon as payment has cleared our bank account. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 - 3 business days.
Certain items listed within our web site are not standard stock items and can take longer than the stated delivery time (see backorders below).
Normal delivery schedules are available between Monday and Friday (excluding bank holidays). We will advise you when your order is to be dispatched indicating an expected delivery date. We endeavour to meet any special delivery requirements you make us aware of, however this cannot be guaranteed.
On arrival all goods must be inspected carefully for any signs of damage by the customer or agent, should you find any damage please ask the driver to take the goods back with them, or sign the delivery document as damaged, or if you do not have time to inspect properly please sign the document as un-checked.
Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 7 days to notify VHSDirect of any damage, if we are not notified of damage within this time, you agree to indemnify us in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.
Delivery dates are approximate and no liability is accepted in respect of late deliveries, please do not arrange to install the items until after they have been delivered and checked for damage
The free delivery option is only applicable to products with a net price (including VAT) above £60.00. A delivery charge of £15.00 will be incurred if the order is below £60.00 (including VAT)
Please do not install your product if it is damaged, as once it is installed you have agreed to it being in good condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We endeavour to take all reasonable precautions to accurately present all descriptions and specifications as provided by the manufacturer. Please be aware that all illustrations and colours are representative only, all sizes are approximate, all Items are subject to availability on a strictly first come first served basis. All details, specifications and prices are accurate at time of publication, but may subsequently change. Please feel free to contact our sales team or relevant manufacturer to discuss the product in more detail. While we make every effort to ensure that the products shown are as close as possible to the actual specification there may be slight variations due to the nature of the medium. All accessories are extra unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter specifications as advised by the manufacturers. In the event that there is a pricing error on the website then VHSdirect Ltd will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.

All items are covered by the manufacturers guarantee. We endeavour to ensure that all goods sold comply with all applicable legislation and consumers are reminded that these items and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Free Honeywell SF450EN Co Detector can only be claimed when buying a Vaillant boiler, with separate accessories. Does not include Boiler Packs, or central heating packs.
Your Right To Cancel
Under the 's Distance Selling Regualtions, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered.
This does not apply to special order & made to order products.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us or our suppliers unless we delivered the goods to you in error or they are faulty (see our Returns Policy below).

VHSDIRECT will refund the purchase price of the goods or services within 30 days of receiving and checking the goods are as new and complete, less the cost of collection and delivery to VHSDIRECT and or our suppliers where necessary.
Returns Policy

Returns Policy - Faulty Goods
For goods that have arrived as damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 3 working days. We reserve the right to offer a replacement for any goods returned to us as faulty or damaged. We will refund the cost of carriage for returning the faulty or damaged goods to us. Your Statutory Rights are Not Affected.
If you believe that the goods you have purchased are defective at any time please report this as soon as possible to our customer services. If the goods are within the manufacturers guarantee period we will arrange to replace or repair the goods as per the manufactures guarantee. It may be necessary to inspect the goods in your home prior to replacement. Should this inspection prove the fault to be the result of customer misuse then our normal service charge will apply.

VHSDirect do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
Any information given at the time ordering is collected by ourselves for the sole intention of completing your order. We do not send marketing material and your information is dormant after order is completed.
All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the data protection act 1998.
